1. Order Adjustment & Cancellation
1.1. Modifications Within 6 Hours
You can request order changes (e.g., product variant or shipping address) within 6 hours of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Form.

If the new variant or address increases the order value, additional payment is required within 48 hours.

If it decreases the order value, the price difference is non-refundable.

Promotional eligibility may change if items are removed.
1.2. Cancellations Within 6 Hours
Cancellations within 6 hours are accepted, but any payment processing fees incurred are non-refundable.
1.3. After 6 Hours
After the 6-hour window, cancellations are not allowed.
If we detect incorrect/incomplete shipping information, we’ll contact you via email. If there’s no response, we may cancel the order and issue a partial refund after deducting processing/shipping costs.
